- The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting proposals to place subbase aggregate on the Bear Ridge Road and Ginger Creek Road; located in Tillamook County, Salem District, Oregon. The work includes all equipment, material, and labor necessary to recondition 4.871 miles of roadbed, place 2.177 miles of subbase aggregate at a 3-inch compacted depth by 12-foot surface width, and place 1.23 miles of subbase aggregate at a 4-inch compacted depth by 12-foot surface width. The period of performance is 30 calendar days from notice to proceed, with an estimated start date of September 13, 2010. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 237310. Bonds are required, Payment Bond: (100%), Performance Bond: 100%). All responsible sources may submit an offer and will be considered.
