- Description
- DESCRIPTION: This notice is not a solicitation. The solicitation will be posted no earlier than August 11, 2010. This project is 100% set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses in accordance with FAR 6.206. Size status of the successful contractor may be confirmed with the Small Business Administration prior to award. Contractor to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials and supervision to construct an 18,000 square foot, two-story building in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, utility relocation, electrical, mechanical and security systems, concrete work, plumbing, structural requirements, finishes such as painting and flooring, roofing, etc. Successful contractor will be responsible for all coordination, phasing and scheduling of the work required to complete contract performance. Coordination efforts may include other contractors performing work on-site as well as coordination of work with appropriate government personnel. All viable contractors submitting a responsive bid by the time indicated in the time indicated in the solicitation will be considered.
