Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. This does not constitute a Solicitation. Information gathered from this notice shall be utilized for planning purposes. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The Government is not obligated, nor will the Government pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and HUBZone Certified Businesses are encouraged to participate. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice or otherwise pay for information requested. This notice is seeking to identify interested SDVOBs, VOSBs, SDBs, WOSBs, 8(a) and HUBZone Certified Businesses with the capability and experience to furnish all labor, materials (lab packs), supplies, equipment, analysis, waste treatment, permits, transportation and qualified personnel to pick-up, transport, and dispose of all hazardous waste, regulated medical waste (biohazardous) and pharmaceutical waste and providing Reusable Sharp Containers in strict accordance with all Federal, State and Local Government laws and regulations. Business must be capable of providing services to Orlando VA Medical Center, Orlando, FL; VA Outpatient Clinics in Viera and Daytona; and VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Leesburg, Kissimmee, Orange City, Clermont and Lake Nona all of which are located in Central Florida. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 562211 and Business Size Standard is $12.5 Million. Interested parties are invited to respond by submitting a qualifications letter identifying your business as: 1) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); 2) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); 3) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB); 4) 8(a); 5) HUBZone Small Business; 6) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB); or 7) Small Business (SB).
