- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease Class “A” fully serviced office space in Nashville, TN. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). Street level space is preferred. Contiguous upper floor space on one floor which has handicapped accessible elevator service to the floor occupied by the government is an acceptable alternative. Elevator service shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for the government. One of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. The proposed office location should not be within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. Nine (9) parking spaces must be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. If on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block as the space offered. Public transportation must be no further than two blocks from the space offered. The space offered must consist of approximately 4,097 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 3,563 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is a five (5) year firm term lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area of the City of Nashville, TN. North Boundary: Union Ave to 3 rd Ave South Boundary: 8 th Avenue to Broadway East Boundary: 1 st Avenue to Union Street West Boundary: McInstreem Drive Preference will be given to space offered in buildings located in the Central Business District (CBD).
