6 Each Cooling Coil 45 inches X 141inches Model #5wm 0804c-4 5.00x141.00 McQuay. No Substitutions Allowed. Must Be Able To Respond To Failures Within 4 Hours. 1 Each Service-Labor To Remove Old And Install New Coils, And All Related Services: Arrange Shipping And Delivery Of OEM Factory Manufactured Replacement Coils, Co-Ordinate Scheduling With Shutdown And Installation Requirements, Arrive On-Site When Coils Arrive And Check In With Bonneville Representative, Post Necessary Hot Work/Brazing And Welding Permits, Mobilize Rigging To Provided Work Area, Remove And Dispose Existing Coils, Install New Coils, Perform A Pressure Test Of New Coils, Update Equipment Log Detailing Work And Unit Labeling, Check Out With Bonneville Representative And Remove Any Posted Hot Work/Welding Permits, Provide A Complete Report Detailing And Deficiencies Found And Recommendations For Repair/Replacement, Return To Site In 3 Months And Check For Leaks And Condition Of Installed Coil And Provide Written Report, Provide Factory Warranty Support For One Year, No Substitutions Allowed.
