- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Curtis Wright, to procure multiple Cockpit Control Force Drive Actuator (CCFDA) Assembly Support Equipment (SE) tools; technical data; drawings; training; technical manuals; a quantity of one (1) each, Pitch CCFDA, P/N 901-301-011-101; a quantity of one (1) each, Roll CCFDA P/N 901-301-011-103 and a quantity of one (1) each Yaw CCFDA, P/N 901-301-011-105 for the V-22 Aircraft. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that contains information that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to the notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
