- Small Business Administration South US 1 Ft. Pierce, FL REQUIREMENT: This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Small Business Administration (SBA) in Ft. Pierce, FL from the current lessor. The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location (3222 South US 1). The total requirement can be satisfied at the present location through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternative location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Alternate locations must be located in the City Limits of Ft. Pierce, FL. The Government with negotiate with the current lessor to lease for SBA approximated 920 rentable square feet (RSF). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire, life and seismic safety and handicapped accessibility. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 pm EST, August 12, 2010. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
