- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide fire detection systems to Broken Bow Powerhouse, Broken Bow, Oklahoma; Denison Powerhouse, Denison, Texas; Eufaula Powerhouse, Porum, Oklahoma; Fort Gibson Powerhouse, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; Keystone Powerhouse, Sand Springs, Oklahoma; Robert S. Kerr Powerhouse, Keota, Oklahoma; Tenkiller Powerhouse, Gore, Oklahoma; and Webbers Falls Powerhouse, Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. This acquisition is restricted to 100% set-aside small business. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps website. Prospective contractors may access http://www.fbo.gov website to download the solicitation. Notification of amendments shall be made via FedBizOpps only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the due date.
