- NAVICP Mechanicsburg will be issuing a procurement to Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad St, Thomaston, CT (CAGE 81412) for the upgrade of NSN 4Y 6130-01-578-9872, Hex Power Supply, Qty 2 each. This is the pre-award notification of the pending procurement. The Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the item solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
