- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office and storage space in Anadarko, OK. The space offered should consist of approximately 49,832 Rentable Square Feet in Anadarko, OK. The space must yield 43,333 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet and 3,240 ANSI/BOMA Storage Area Square Feet. All space must be contiguous on one floor. A minimum of one hundred seventy two (172) paved surface parking spaces are required. An additional paved area of approximately 2,000 square feet must be included to be used as secured outside storage. The proposed lease is for ten (20) years, five (10) years firm, and must be fully serviced. The proposed space must be fully complete by May 1, 2011 but must be able to accommodate a staged occupancy prior to the final completion date. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The building must meet or be capable of meeting Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Within 2 miles of the center of town - Anadarko OK fronting a paved public highway The building must be located outside of any 100-year floodplain. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, AmeriVet Real Estate Services, Inc., a small business partner with CB Richard Ellis for the GSA National Broker Contractor. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties are to contact the broker and may submit pertinent information no later than the close of business on July 19, 2010 to the GSA's representative, Robert Moody, AmeriVet Real Estate Services, Inc.
