Description

Specifications Document/ELINs Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit quotes for the purpose of entering into a Purchase Order for school supplies for the DODEA Pacific Guam facilities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation using NAICS Code 423910, Sporting and Recreational Goods and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Subpart 13.1 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order. If you are interested in responding to this requirement, you may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with this RFQ. A specifications document is included. Contract award shall be made to the responsible Offeror who provides the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. The government will not consider multiple awards. All offerors must quote on all items and all quantities listed in the Schedule to be considered for award no later that 4:30 pm local time on 15 July 2010. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment, http://www.ccr.gov.
