- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United StatesNavy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Oracle USA, Inc. This contract will be for a one-year Primavera software license maintenance renewal. Primavera is a client-server scheduling and project management tool. The tool is licensed from the vendor, Oracle USA, Inc. on a per seat basis. Initial licenses for these seats have already been purchased; this contract is for the 12 month maintenance (01 September 2010 31 August 2011) renewal of the software license which is required to operate the software. This announcement is for subcontracting possibilities only. The NAICS for this procurement is 511210 ($25,000,000 Dollars). All responses to this sole source announcement must be received by 2:00pm Pacific Time on 16 July 2010.
