- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Alamosa Field Division is issuing a request for quote for a Janitorial Service Contract. The contact will be awarded based on the Evaluation Clause as listed in the RFQ. This service contract will be for the Fiscal year (FY) 2011, which will be from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011. There will be two possible option years FY 2012 and FY 2013. This is a Simplified Acquisition contract which could possibly be over $25,000. Therefor this contract will also be advertised on FedBizOps. This contract will be a request for written quotes. The anticipated notification date will be August 3, 2010. The actual contract will not be awarded until October 1, 2010. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotes can be submitted through FedBizOps, e-mailed to sdarnall@usbr.gov, faxed to (719) 589-5379 or mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Alamosa Field Division, 10900 Highway 160 E, Alamosa, CO 81101, Attention: Shannon Darnall. Quotes must be submitted by July 16, 2010 by 4:00 p.m. MST. All responsible sources may submit a quote and will be considered by the agency.
