- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Wolfram Research located at 100 Trade Centre Dr., Champaign, IL 61820-7237 for the renewal of Mathematic Software Renewal. The estimated award is $27,178.38. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 511120 and the size standard is $25M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
