- The Bureau of Land Management, Escalante, Utah has a need to establish a contract for providing janitorial services at three buildings in Escalante. The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment with the exception of those provided by the Government for this performance based acquisition.The requirement will be in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The NAICS number for this procurement is 561720. Contract period shall be 1 year with one possible option year to extend. Solicitation packages will be available on or about July 12, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by July 28, 2010 5 am MST. Proposals will be evaluated for best value to the Government based upon technical ability, past performance and price. Comparatively, price will be of lesser weight when compared with technical ability and past performance. Offerors are required to obtain a DUN and Bradstreet (DUNS) number (www.dnb.com) and register with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Prospective offerors are required to visit this website (www.fedconnect.net) periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents.
