- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District has a requirement which includes furnishing all equipment, parts, and labor to install a Liquid Propane Vapor Fuel Supply System complete with two (2) 1,000 gallon liquid propane tanks to existing onsite propane generator (Model: Generac QT080). Work is to be performed for Caruthersville Area Office located at 706 Harry S. Truman Blvd, Caruthersville, Missouri 63830-1268 no later than 31 July 2010. The solicitation number is W912EQ-10-T-0059 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is a 100% Small Business Concern set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 454312 with an employee size of 50. This solicitation will be available for download on or about July 2, 2010. All responsible sources submitting a quote shall be considered by the agency. All questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing. Quotes may be submitted electronically or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposals by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote to include all associated equipment and installation costs. Response to this solicitation must be received via email or fax by July 8, 2010 no later than 11:00 AM CST at 167 North Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103.
