- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a solicitation to obtain AN/ALE-47 Counter Measures Dispenser System (CDMS) Prime Mission Equipment Operational Flight Program (OFP) and Support Software support. This will be a basic with four annual options IDIQ contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., CAGE: 19397, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level. Solicitation is expected to be released on or around July 16, 2010, with a response due 30 days after issuance of a solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
