- The US Army Test and Evaluation Command Mission Support Contracting Activity (AMSCA) intends to award a sole source FFP contract to Geodetics, San Diego, CA, a Small Woman-Owned Business, for support and maintenance services of the ATEC Player and Event Tracking System (TAPETS) under the authority of 6.302-1(a)(2)(c)(iii) on or before 7 JUL 2010. Services include, but are not limited to, the provision of a deployable Field Engineer during pre-test and testing periods for programming support, analysis, functional checks and parts replacement/repairs as it pertains to proprietary equipment and software acquired under previous contracts. Geodetics is the sole developer and proprietor of the technical equipment and software development of the Government-owned units. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a small business size standard of $25 Million. This is notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. All responses shall be sent via electronic e-mail to AMSCA.ATEC@us.army.mil. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. The POC for this notice is Tina Guillot, Contract Specialist, or Patricia M.
