- Solicitation Appendix D Solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS) Wage Determination Wage Determination Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix C Appendix C Appendix A1-A5 Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, Personal Protective (PP) clothing and equipment, prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the Annual Maintenance Support Services of the 76 Maintenance Wing (MXW) Manlifts that include government owned Scissors Lifts, Boom Lifts, Aerial Work Platforms including the Explosion Proof type lifts located on Tinker AFB, OK 73145. The equipment list is listed in Appendix A; A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4 and A-5. Full and open competition will be considered for this requirement. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a Time and Materials (T&M) type CLIN contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 25 July 2010. The wing is broken down into five squadrons. The sqadrons will each be treated seperately and will be billed seperately on their respective CLINS as shown above. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. It has been detemrined it is in the best interest of the government to set this requirement aside for small business's. This is a total Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals will be due on 08 July 2010 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
