Description
Vessel required: One clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 BBLS (about 25,173 LT) clean petroleum products (intentions JP8) in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. Flag vessels. 2. Cargo description: Minimum 200,000 BBLS two grades clean petroleum products (Intentions JP8) 3.
