- Bit9 Parity Suite RFQ This is a combined synipsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is NTSBQ100026. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits offers for the Bit9 Parity Suite in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ. Please refer to the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and descriptions. An award will be made to the Offeror whose quote conforms to the RFQ and represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. The offeror must provide within it's offer the number of days required to make delivery when submitting a quote. Quotes shall be submitted No Later Than (NLT) 4:00pm EST on Thursday July 15, 2010.
