- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-10-T-0104, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 333298 with a size standard of 500 employees. Item 0001, 2 snow body inserts measuring 204 inchesx 92 inches x76.5 inches. General Disc- Snow box inserts, to fit a Godwin model T400 dump truck box mounted on an International 7400 SFA 6x4 truck. Inserts are mounted in the bed of a dump truck. Snow is processed through a snow blower and placed in the bed of the dump truck. Snow inserts allow larger amounts of snow to be moved at one time. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Service Contract Act shall apply to this solicitation 52.222-50 COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS 52.222-50. Buy American Act shall apply to this solicitation. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price is the specific evaluation criteria along with product being technically acceptable. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 12 July 2010 no later than 12:00 pm CST at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508.
