- July 1, 2010 Federal Bureau of Investigations 935 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington DC 20535 Announcement of Intent to Release a Solicitation It is the intent of the FBI to issue a solicitation to procure seven (7) polygraphers to perform pre-employment polygraph examinations. The Offeror must meet the following requirements: • Provide 7 polygraphers at the following locations: o Five (5) in Washington DC o One (1) in Los Angeles, California o One (1) in New York, New York • Polygraphers must possess the following qualifications: o Four (4) year bachelor's degree from an accredited university o Hold a current accreditation and be a DACA graduate o Ten (10) years experience as a federal investigator o Five (5) years experience as a polygraph examiner o Conducted a minimum of five hundred (500) polygraph examinations • All proposed polygraphers shall have current TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance in scope. All interested offerors shall send an email to Brian Chrostowski at brian.chrostowski@ic.fbi.gov with the contact information for the Offeror's authorized negotiator no later than July 9, 2010.
