Description
Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Statement of Work, RFQ and Listing of plant locations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency hereby gives notice of its intent to competitively award a firm, fixed price Purchase Order to obtain contractor support to supply and maintain live and silk plants throughout the Federal Triangle Complex and the Potomac Yard Building. Any woman owned, small business firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the Synopsis Solicitation and the Statement of Work, may submit a quote, which, if received by the response date of this announcement shall be considered. In order to be considered for award, vendors will be required to attend a mandatory site visit. Only vendors who attended the site visit will be able to compete for award. The site visit is scheduled during on July 8 at 10am, to assess the Federal Triangle and Potomac Yards Complexes (at Project Officers discretion). Interested vendors shall contact Phyllis Harris at harris.phyllisa@epa.gov, to sign up and for additional information regarding the site visit. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11. A formatted copy of the Statement of Work, including the evaluation factors and quote submission instructions are attached to this announcement.
