Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN Topeka, KANSAS (SFO#0KS2026) REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 22,900 rentable square feet of existing space. Rentable space must yield approximately 19,900 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office and related space. Fourteen (14) on-site, surface parking spaces are required. LEASE TERM: 10 years; 5 years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office space must be contiguous and must have the potential for efficient layout. The building must be located in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings and a prevalence of contemporary design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. The space must be fully serviced, including all utilities, parking, janitorial, landscaping and snow/ice removal services. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within Topeka, Kansas within the following delineated area: North - Highway 24 from West City Limits to NW Topeka Blvd. East - NW Topeka Blvd from Highway 24 to I-70; SW Macvicar From I-70 to South City Limits South - City Limits West - City Limits EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address. 2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 3) Square footage offered. 4) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 6) Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
