- The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential business sources and their size classifications. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITTED TO AWARD A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The acquisition will be for one (1) year base period with four (4) 1-year options. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611620, Sports and Recreation Instruction. The applicable NAICS code 611620 and the Size Standard is $7,000,000.00. The work is for academic and exercise instruction in the execution of the Physical Readiness Training Leaders Course (PRTLC). This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of market research being conducted by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Bragg. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources ONLY. No solicitation is currently available at this time. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. Responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) and must respond to the following questions: 1) Is your business a small business under NAICS code 611430? 2) Does your firm qualify as a small disadvantaged business? 3) If disadvantaged specify if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act? 4) Are you a certified HUBZone firm? 5) Are you a woman-owned or operated business? 6) Are you a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned business? 7) Is your business a large business? Please provide a capability statement addressing your firms ability to perform as a prime contractor for the work described in the draft PWS (attached). Please provide only general capabilities relative to the work in the PWS as this is not a solicitation and no responses will be considered as proposals to perform the work. This is market research information only. Also list any projects that you were a prime contractor on, that would be similar in scope to the services being requested.
