- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the combined synopsis/solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued and available at www.fbo.gov. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is W91QV1-10-T-0029 for the purchase of 1000 Livelink Licenses and 4500 Renewals. This is a firm fixed price contract. NAICS:511210; SIZE STANDARD: $25M; SIC CODE: 7030. The delivery address is Fort Belvoir VA. Delivery terms are FOB Destination. The following clauses and provisions are applicable.
