- Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for construction of new Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (13,198 square foot, total 11,794 square foot air conditioned) and associated parking areas (75 parking spaces with lighting) and walks as defined by drawings. Construction shall include 'Tie-ins' to existing site work such as paving, walks, and structured walkways. The foundation consists of structural reinforced concrete slab over grade beams and/or retaining walls above reinforced straight sided dilled shafts and concrete stairs and steps. The components of the building itself shall include its metal structure and super-structure including wall and roof framing. Modified Bitumen roofing membranes and metal roofing panels shall service as roof protection. Exterior building walls shall be constructed of steel stud non-load bearing walls with cement plaster exterior veneer. Interior partitions of gypsum wall board on metal drywall studs complete with wood veneer clad doors shall divide spaces. Suspended perforated acoustical ceiling panels will help provide sound attenuation throughout building. Aluminum store front framing will provide exterior entry into building. Interior will be furnished with carpet, ceramic and resilient flooring, doors will be equipped with necessary hardware. Construction includes all electrical lighting fixtures, power and lighting circuitry along with special wiring systems. Rough-in, wiring and coordination of the government provided systems include telephone, data, Cable TV, nurse call and access system. Fire Alarm and Smoke Detection Systems shall be included in electrical work. Mechanical work shall include air conditioning and heating equipment, plumbing fixtures complete with supply and drainage systems. Bathroom accessories are included in architectural divisions or are provided by the government and installed by the contractor. Installation of Fire Protection System shall be included in Mechanical Division. Construction includes roads, walks, grading, drainage, site utility systems, necessary removal of existing construction alterations and certain other items. The dollar magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS 236220 applies-size standard is $33.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Serviced Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and a CCR http://www.ccr.gov under NAICS 236220 to be eligible for award. You must register as 'Interested Vendor' at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps 'To Receive Notification' for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation.
