- Attachment C SOW Attachment B SOW Attchment A SOW Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachments THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTIFCATION IS FOR AN ACQUISITION SET ASIDE FOR 8(a) VENDORS ONLY. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a) this synopsis provides at least 15 days notification that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to issue a solicitation to obtain MEDICARE LEARNING NETWORK® (MLN) Product Fulfillment and Registration services. The requirement is set aside for offerors expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in SBA's 8(a) Program. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities web site on or about July 16, 2010. Services to be obtained include product fulfillment, Learning Management and Product Ordering System hosting, and technical support services for the MLN's Learning Management System, and MLN product ordering system. Product fulfillment services include maintaining inventory, packaging and mailing MLN products to the health care community and the general public. The product media types consist of pamphlets, brochures, guides, manuals, videotapes, audiotapes, CDRom's, posters and publications. Hosting of the MLN Learning Management and Product Ordering System includes providing hosting service and database storage for the current MEDICARE LEARNING NETWORK® Learning Management System, providing a hosting service and database storage for MEDICARE LEARNING NETWORK® product ordering/fulfillment system. A DRAFT statement of work and deliverable schedule are attached for reference ONLY. No questions or comments about these documents will be entertained at this time. The FINAL statement of work (SOW) and deliverable schedule will be issued with the solicitation which will allow for the appropriate question and answer session. CMS intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a firm expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in SBA's 8(a) Program as a result of the forthcoming solicitation. CMS is anticipating awarding resulting contract during fiscal year (FY) 2011. Accordingly, award is pending availability of funds.
