- Lackland AFB, Lackland Annex, Brooks AFB, Randolph AFB, Laughlin AFB, and Fort Sam Houston, require fresh bread and bakery products for deliveries October 24, 2010 through October 20, 2012. The contract period for any resulting contracts will be 24 months. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
