- Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Knox intents to issue a sole source nine month extension of task order W912SU-05-D-0004-0004 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement consists of providing services to enhance and maintain the Maneuver University Training Portal (MUTP) which provides role-specific access to training materials for active duty and reserve component instructors, students, training developers, and Soldiers in the field. In addition, the requirement provides technical support, help desk support, programming, database maintenance and functionality improvements in response to field requirements and use input. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
