- Questions and Answers Task Order 1 PWS updated 1 July 2010 Overall PWS updated 1 July 2010 Section L updated 1 July 2010 Model Contract updated 1 July 2010 The Air Force Automatic Identification Technology Program Management Office (AF AIT PMO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) has a requirement for a Contractor IUID Part-Marking Team. The Contractor IUID Part-Marking Team includes, but is not limited to, marking a defined number of assets at given Air Force installations, providing a site manager to oversee an organic Air Force marking team, and training Air Force personnel to continue marking efforts in the sustainment stage. The services will be performed at Air Force installations, both CONUS and OCONUS. This RFP is a follow-on to a Sources Sought posted 3 May 2010 under reference number FA8604-10-R-7018. This action will be awarded as an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The ordering period will be 1 September 2010 through 31 August 2012. This competition is restricted to small business concerns. All respondents must meet the small business certification requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519, Other Computer Related Services, $25M, as of the date of their proposal and the date of contract award. If any teaming arrangement is proposed, then the small business must be the prime contractor and perform at least 50% of the work. Please note in the attached Model Contract # FA8604-10-R-7020, it contains Section L and M as inter-document attachments. However, these documents are also attached separately to this solicitation for quick review. All questions must be submitted to Jonathan.West@wpafb.af.mil by Noon EDT Monday 28 June 2010. Once answered, the question and response will be posted under attachment entitled "Questions & Answers". The Government will not be responsible for any bid and proposal cost if no contract is awarded. The current status is released RFP and it is a Category D - Automatic Data Processing and Telecom services program. Offerors must submit a hard copy and an electric copy in accordance with Section L.
