- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a competitive RFQ/RFP to purchase the following: Four (4) Firefly Simulation Developer License, Annual maintenance and support, 15 Capture only Licenses (included in cost), Training (Firefly Live Virtual Training - 5 seats) (included in cost) (1 each). Four (4) Firefly Simulation Developer licenses, Annual maintenance and support, 15 Capture only licenses (including in cost), Training (Firefly Live Virtual Training-5 seats) (included in cost) (1 each). Four (4) Firefly Simulation Developer licenses, Annual maintenance and support, 15 Capture only licenses (included in cost), Training (Firefly Live Virtual Training-5 seats) (including in cost) (1 each). This order will be placed with the lowest priced, technically acceptance solution that represents the best value to meet the Government's needs. This requirement will close on July 8, 2010.
