- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity was available only to Johnson Controls Government Systems, LLC (JCI), Milwaukee, WI, the holder of BLM Energy Savings Task Order L10PD02331, pursuant to the Department of Energy's Super Energy Savings Performance Contract DE-AM36-09GO29036 with JCI. Award is made to JCI by modification of L10PD02331 for the firm-fixed price of $797,590.00 for Energy Conservation Measure (ECM 11.3) for purchase and installation of a single wind turbine on BLM land in Wyoming. The total task order amount for L10PD02331, which is funded by ARRA, is now $16,979,590.00. The Product Service Code is F099, Other Natural Resources and Conservation.
