Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to Advanced Bionutrition Corporation in Columbia, Maryland for development of methods to incorporate rotenone and antimycin into oral delivery formulations (ODF) for toxicological evaluation by U.S. Geological Survey Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center to be delivered to La Crosse, Wisconsin by 10/13/2011. Advanced Bionutrition Corporation is the only known source for this requirement because it is the sole owner of patents that describe the processes key to capture of bioactive compounds in a formulated targeted delivery system which can be tailored to deliver bioactive compound to the proposed release location. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract.
