- NSN 1560-01-100-9232, PR number 23118873, RING ASSEMBLY used on the F-16 FIGHTER. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is July 16, 2010 with a CLOSING DATE of August 17th, 2010. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 1000 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Terms and Conditions are FOB DESTINATION, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 205 days After Receipt of Order. This item is a Critical Application with a Government First Article Test. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
