- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to award a firm fixed-price task order for re-commissioning services at the Southern Horticulture Laboratory in Poplarville, MS The task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The selection of Perkins & Will, Inc. was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, specialized technical knowledge of the location where the work will be performed and an internal analysis of costs. This opportunity is available only to the A-E firm under task order contract AG-3K15-C-08-0016. The task order will be awarded to Perkins & Will Group, LTD, 1382 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309-3248.
