- The Vermont Army National Guard, Regional Training Institute, has a requirement for a full food service contract. The requirements are specified in RFP W912LN10R0001. Offers must be sent in writing/FAX to the Contracting Officer above not later than 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time, 22 July 2010. The fax number is (802) 338-3184. An on-site visit, at RTI, 789 Vermont National Guard Road, Colchester, VT, 05446 has been scheduled for 1:00pm EST on 9 July 2010. Interested parties can meet in the buildings main lobby. This will be an opportunity for potential Contractors to see the dining facility. See FAR clause 52.237-1 SITE VISIT (APR 84). Contractors planning to attend should notify the Contracting office via email: timothy.gariboldi@us.army.mil prior to close of business (COB) 7 July 2010. Award will be made on or about 1 Aug 2010. Effective 1 Jun 98, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to receiving any contract award. You can register in the CCR via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsible vendor whose proposal conforms to this solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government. If any of the items being proposed are under GSA schedule, provide the schedule number and ordering information. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. (See 19.502-2) The NAICS code and small business size standard for this procurement are 722310 and $20.5 million dollars respectively.
