- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): TONY VACCA CONSTRUCTION, INC., W912PL-10-D-0005, TASK ORDER 0001 MODIFICATION NO. 01 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. This modification was issued to delete repair of building 338 and provide a credit to the governmentin for all deleted labor, equipment, materials, subcontracts and related costs. The credit to the government is in the amount of $465,365.00.
