- RFQ KOEIN0RI013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A request for quotation (RFQ), KOEIN0RI013 Microplex F155 Printer White Roll Paper Stock, is available as an attachment to this notice. This requirement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 322121, Paper (except Newsprint) Mills, and the size standard is 750. The requirement is for white roll paper stock for use in the Microplex F155 Printer with deliveries made to Defense Finance and Accounting Service Indianapolis and DFAS Columbus. The factor to be used in the evaluation of offers will be price. Inspection and acceptance is at F.O.B. destination. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DO-C9.
