- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, intends to solicit for a roof replacement project that shall include all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace the roofs on Buildings 5501, 5503 and 5504. The buildings are located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kewaunee Sub-Office, 124 North Main Street, Kewaunee, Wisconsin 54124. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 238160. The small business size standard for this requirement is $14 Million in average annual receipts over the past three years. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about 16 July 2010.
