- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Manchester, NH seeks to contract services to be provided off site at the contractor's location for Chemotherapeutic Infusion and Therapeutic Phlebotomy Services for Veteran's and returning service members. Service are to include comprehensive infusion treatments, including but not limited to those used to treat cancer, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, anemia, and arthritis of VA beneficiaries. Our goal is to provide continuation of care, while having these off-site services, as well as maintaining tailored comprehensive treatments of our Veteran patients for the best possible medical outcomes. We are looking for a service provider or organization to provide specialized care at the contractor's facility while maintaining continuity of care with follow-up consultive service and laboratory service at the VA Medical Center. The providing facility must be within a reasonable distance from our Manchester, NH facility. This solicitation will be unrestricted full and open competition. The contract will include one base year and two option years dependant on need, quality assessments, and annual funding. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2010 with an anticipated proposal due date of August 20, 2010. All questions must be in writing and may be e-mailed to jacalyn.trudeau@va.gov. The potential offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer.
