- Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB NV, is soliciting proposals to complete project LKTC 10-1023, Install Backup Generator, MOC, Building 1003, Creech Air Force Base, NV. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all else required to construct solicited project. Work includes site preparation and any additional requirements to construct and provide backup generator support for electrical and HVAC requirements for rooms 218, 219, and 224. All else necessary to perform all operations in connection with successfully completing the project LKTC 10-1023. During this project, contractor must maintain a normal work schedule with minimal down time to the facility users. Contract Type: The proposed contract type is firm-fixed-price. Restrictions: The solicitation is competitive and is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned small business firms. All responsible sources may submit a proposal and shall be considered in conformance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Magnitude of Construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance Period: 180 calendar days. NAICS: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Small Business Size Standard: A firm is considered small whose average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years is equal to or less than $33.5 Million. Issue Date: It is anticipated that the solicitation will be electronically issued o/a 26 July 2010, on the Government's Federal Business Opportunities site (http://www.fbo.gov). A site visit will tentatively be scheduled for seven (7) calendar days after solicitation is issued. All interested vendors that would like to attend the site visit shall contact the primacy point of contact. This project will be evaluated utilizing the Past Performance Trade-off.
