- The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions & Lethality (JM&L) Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is seeking sources to provide a Remote ESD Simulator. The vender shall supply one ESD3000 Complete hand-held and battery operated ESD simulator with 30kV charging circuit, piston mounted LCD display and controls for single-handed operation and test routine automation. System shall include Rounded and sharp tips for Air Discharge (AD) and Contact Discharge (CD), Battery Charger, Earth Cable, Carrying Case, and Users Manual. System shall also include parts ESD3000RM32 (Relay Module with high voltage and polarity switch for generating first current peak), ESD3000DM-EXT (Separated Control Accessory), ESD3000 Safety Switch (For testing of energetic devices), and ESD-STAND Ed2 (Stand for ESD3000). Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining to experience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small and a copy of the most recent ORCA certifications. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested firms/companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualification data NO LATER THAN July 16th, 2010. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey Announcement and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP/RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
