- The FISCN Contracts Dept, Phila Office intends to purchase a Medical Disability Advisor Subscription, unlimited seats, for the BUMED, Washington, DC to support all military medical personnel in all branches of the service. The solicitation will be issued on a sole source basis to The Reed Group, Ltd of Broomfield, CO since it created the software and website access to this productand is the sole firm capable of meeting the government's need. Award of a firm-fixed price contract is anticipated for the performance period of 08/1/2010 - 7/31/2011 plus four one-year options. The applicable NAICS code is 519130/500.
