- Small Business Set-Aside is dissolved. Requirement is Unrestricted. NSN 3120-01-424-6056; Purchase Request IQC10105009007; Bushing,Sleeve. Configuration Control Item. General Electric Company (CAGE 99207), Drawing 5111T79 Revision F, Part Number 5111T79P01. Approved sources: Slabe Machine Products (CAGE 97139), Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing (CAGE 60402), and EI Dupont de Nemours (CAGE 31708). Government First Article Testing applies. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP LCA. Requested delivery is 218 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 43,562 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 10,891 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
