- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, on a Sole Source basis, Seacon Advanced Products LLC, PO Box 767, 1321 Nelius Road, Bellville, Texas 77418 for 1 (one) Fiber Optic Tether, Part Number 7587-119. This cable has interface with the existing connector also manufactured by Seacon. Additionally, a previously purchased cable will be repaired and modified. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018.
