- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Janitorial services at the Proctor Lake Office located in Comanche, Texas as per the scope of work and attachments. This is a five year contract (base year plus four one-year options) funded with normal O&M funds.
