- In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program (PL 109-461), the Department of Veterans Affairs, Sioux Falls, SD, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Atlas Research LLC a SDVOSB company to complete cultural sensitivity assessment for the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Work shall include providing analyzing existing Sioux Falls policies and patient assessments, conduct focus groups on environmental sensitivity needs and develop recommendations to enhance cultural sensitivity of the organization. This award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract under authority of FAR 6.302-5 "authorized or required by statute" and in accordance with FAR Part 19.1406, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 611710 with a $7 million size standard. Interested parties that feel they have the ability to provide the required service have six (6) calendar days from publication of this notice to submit in writing their qualifications and capabilities information to this office for consideration. Such qualifications, capabilities and pricing will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
