- FISCN Portsmouth Annex, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via a total small business set-aside, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the procurement of 4 EACH, LEVEL 1 MSW BALLS (PORTED BALL VALVE), NSN: 4820-01-453-9269, WITHOUT TEFLON COATING, manufactured in accordance IAW NAVSEA Drawing 845-7016077 Rev B, MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001 standards, ASTM-B367, QA Level 1, with DD-1423 Data Requirements. The contractor must have an approved/current DD2345, Military Technical Data Agreement. Specifications and data requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. Drawings, testing, and technical publications shall be mailed to vendors upon request after receipt of a signed Security Agreement and current DD2345, only after the solicitation is issued. The solicitation, N00189-10-R-P321, shall be posted on or about 19 JULY 2010 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 332911 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
